Dr. Marchese was named in Phoenix Magazine's Top Doctor issue 2010, 2014, and 2016 as one of the top naturopathic physicians.

Biography

Dr. Marchese is the author of the best selling book, “8 Weeks to Women’s Wellness.” She graduated from Creighton University in 1990 as an Occupational Therapist and treated neurological and orthopedic patients for over 12 years. She graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2002 and completed a two-year postgraduate residency in Integrative Medicine and Women’s Health, and a six-month post-graduate training in Environmental Medicine. Dr. Marchese was named to Phoenix magazines’ 2010, 2014, and 2016 Top Doctor Issue as one of the top naturopathic physicians in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Dr. Marchese has been an adjunct faculty member at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland OR, Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward CA, and currently teaches Gynecology at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe AZ. She is a highly sought after speaker and has presented at numerous physician conferences throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

Dr. Marchese has had articles published in magazines, newspapers, and journals such as; The Arizona Republic, Raising Arizona Kids, Arizona Green Magazine, Scottsdale Living Magazine, Natural Medicine Journal, Dynamic Living Magazine, Natural Solutions Magazine and she wrote the environmental medicine  column for The Townsend Letter for almost 10 years.

Dr. Marchese served on the State of Arizona Naturopathic Physicians Medical Board for five years, appointed in 2013 by Governor Jan Brewer. She is past Vice President of the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education, past member of the AANP House of Delegates, past vice president of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, and past board member of the Naturopathic Academy of Environmental Medicine. 

Dr, Marchese sees men, women and children of all ages. She treats all health conditions utilizing the principles of naturopathic medicine. She assists the body to heal itself using botanical medicine, bio-identical hormones, homeopathy, detoxification, IV therapy, Chelation, microcurrent, diet, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle changes. Her goal is to empower patients to play an active role in their own health care and wellbeing.

Dr. Marchese is a naturopathic doctor only in the State of Arizona where she is not a primary care or emergency physician. Naturopathic doctors are not federally recognized and therefore not able to participate in federal insurance plans such as Medicare, Medicaid and military. In Arizona, most insurance plans excluded naturopaths as in-network doctors. Payment is due in-full at the time of service.
